Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided through this website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope and condition of work upon inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Service Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
Liability
Clean & Maintain carries public liability insurance. We take reasonable care to protect your property during service delivery. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
